The Belmont Public Schools Business Office provides finance and operational support throughout the district including Payroll, Accounts Payable, School Budget and Regular Day Bus Transportation.

Transportation Services

School Building Rentals
School facilities are not available for rental during the regularly scheduled school day.  School space requests are considered for Monday through Friday after 6:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays. School space requests are considered for organizations (non-profit or profit), that are considered organizations under the Articles of Corporations with the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Fee Payment
Belmont Public Schools parents may now pay most school-related fees online. This service has been established to create a centralized and more efficient collection system. Fees and Payment Information may be found here

Fee Waiver Information
Belmont Public Schools now has one waiver application form for all departments. Waiver applications will be reviewed confidentially. Downloadable Forms & Waiver Information may be found here

The Business Office develops the Annual Operating Budget in conjunction with the Superintendent’s Office, school principals, and directors. The office provides the Superintendent and the School Committee with financial projections throughout the fiscal year.
