Congratulations to Belmont Public Schools Food Service! We are so proud to see the Belmont School Food Service Program recognized as a Healthy Meals Incentive School. This honor celebrates their commitment to innovation in school meals and dedication to scratch cooking that nourishes and supports our students every day. Last Friday, BMHS, Wellington, and Winn Brook came together to hold stirring Memorial Day Assemblies in tribute to our local veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.  At the high school, the marching band and student singers delivered heartfelt performances of patriotic songs, including a moving rendition of Taps. Veterans introduced themselves, shared which branch of the military they served in, and were warmly welcomed with applause, gratitude, and appreciation for their service. At the elementary schools, excitement filled the air as students greeted our veterans with cheers and fist pumps. Students banged drums as veterans walked in, performed patriotic readings, sang the Armed Forces Medley, turning the assemblies into joyful, meaningful celebrations of service and remembrance.  At the elementary schools, excitement filled the air as students greeted our veterans with cheers and fist pumps. Today, the Belmont community and BHS staff had the pleasure of exploring the 2025 Senior Project Exhibition, proudly presented by the English Department. This year, every senior— including those in AP Literature— was invited to take part in the exhibition. Students poured their creativity, hard work, research, and passion into their projects.  The exhibition showcased an impressive range of projects, including: -Art displays - Podcasts - Original poetry - An adaptive cart  -Explorations of issues in athletics, advertising, conspiracy theories Each project reflected the unique voice and vision of our seniors. It was inspiring to see their ideas brought to life and shared with the community.  We’re excited to see all that the Class of 2025 will accomplish beyond BHS.
