We’re excited to bring in-person college representative visits back to BHS! Seniors will have the opportunity to connect with college representatives, learn more about their schools, and ask questions, all right here at BHS!
Students can view the visit schedule and sign up through Naviance. If a visit takes place during class, parents/caregivers must call their student out to ensure they are excused. Don’t miss this great opportunity to explore your college options and make meaningful connections!
What's Happening in Guidance?
PSAT Information – Juniors
The PSAT will be offered digitally to BHS Juniors on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 8:00 AM at BHS.
Students will test using their BHS-issued Chromebooks. This is the only PSAT testing date offered for Juniors.
Registration window: September 15–25, 2026
Fee: $42.50
To register, students must complete the PSAT Registration Form and submit payment through MySchoolBucks once invoiced. Both steps are required to reserve a testing seat.

PSAT 101 Strategy Session | Saturday, September 19, 2026 | 9:00 – 10:00 AM
We invite students to join Revolution Prep for an introductory strategy session for the PSAT! This free hour-long session is designed to give students insight into the PSAT exam as well as provide tips and tricks for test day. In this session, one of their professional tutors will teach core test-taking strategies including a dive into the exam content and digital structure, how to avoid common traps, and how to create the best plan for success.

The Guidance Department is excited to share that we’re pivoting from our planned virtual Senior Future Planning Night to a recorded presentation. This will allow families to watch at a time that works best for them.
The presentation will cover the college application process and important senior-year deadlines. The recording will be posted on our website and emailed to all senior families next week.

Junior Future Planning Night
On the evening of January 29, 2026 at 6:30pm, BHS Guidance hosted a Junior Future Planning Night webinar for the students and caregivers of the Class of 2027. We provided information on the college process, as well as other pathways for students to consider.
The evening also included 3 college representatives from Bentley University, Syracuse University and UMass Amherst.
Questions that were submitted were answered at the end of the presentation, so no additional document will be provided.

Please complete and email this withdrawal form here only IF your student is NOT returning to BHS in September 2025. When the form is complete please email it to Carole Sceppa at csceppa@belmontschools.net. Once the form is received school records can be sent to the new school.
