Transition Planning for Neurodivergent Students
No grade level is too early to begin thinking about transition planning. In this workshop, expert consultant Elise Wulff will share key considerations for supporting your student through the transition planning process across grade levels. Recommendations will include conversations to have at home and with the school team, action items for parents, and strategies to keep the student at the center of conversations and decision-making.
