Welcome to the Winn Brook PTA

The Winn Brook Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of all Winn Brook students. The PTA achieves this by performing duties that are beyond the scope of regular school operations, such as helping with school picture day, creating and distributing a Student Directory, and holding events for our community like Math & Science Night, Ice Cream Socials, Multicultural Night, Movie Night, Popsicle Playdates for incoming Kindergarteners, Walk to School days, and a Book Fair.  We also fully fund enrichment such as field trips, both in and out of the school building for all grades.

PTA funds are used to help the school facilities overall, such as when equipment or other expenditures are beyond the school budget, and also enhance each student’s experience with enriching programs that would not otherwise be available.

The programs are designed to be educational, enjoyable and an opportunity for parents, families, and staff to come together at Winn Brook. We encourage all families to participate and contribute to make our school’s wonderful community even stronger.

For the 2023-2024 school year, to accomplish our mission and more, we ask that each family make a tax-deductible contribution to the PTA.  We suggest a family donation of $125, but any contribution is welcome and needed!  The Winn Brook PTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit group. All you need to do is:
