3. At what age did you start studying music?

    12

4. Why did you choose this instrument?

A. W.: To learn more about woodwind instruments.
Mr. Levy: I began playing when I was in the sixth grade. The clarinet's nickname is "licorice stick" and I always liked licorice growing up in California.

5. Why do you enjoy playing this instrument?

A. W.: I am successful with it.
Mr. Levy: It reaches a variety of pitches and it's fun to play.

6. What do you find challenging about playing this instrument?

Mr. Levy: I think it's challenging to remember the sharps and flats.

7. What are your favorite musical pieces to play? Why?

Mr.Levy: I enjoy playing clarinet works from a variety of music periods especially Baroque!

It's wonderful to be able to share special moments with our Little Friends!
