Winn Brook PTA Food Drive
February 7-11

Please bring in non-perishable food donations any day next  week! Thank you for your generosity! 

Winn Brook PTA's annual Food Drive will be February 7th - 11th . This is a wonderful chance for our kids to be part of helping those in need in our Belmont community. There will be boxes for donations by each classroom.
Every year students set a goal of reaching 100 donations per class to celebrate the 100th day of school. Many classes connect the Food Drive to math by counting and graphing the  donations.  

The following food items are particularly needed:

Strawberry Jam/Preserves                                                   Cereal (Cheerios, Corn Flakes, Raisin Bran, Granola)
Shampoo                                                                            Toothpaste
Packaged Snacks & Cookies                                               Tuna (white solid or chunk)
Soup (hearty chicken or hearty beef)

Beef/Chicken Stew                                                             Baking/Cake Mixes
Evaporated Milk                                                                 Sugar

Please check all dates on items to be donated. Items that expire within the month  can not be accepted. 
Belmont Food Pantry is completely supported by donations from Belmont families, businesses, schools, and non-profits since it opened in 1992. The all-volunteer staff at the pantry serves about 140 families per month.
