The distribution announcements, requests, event notifications, and other informational messages sent to the e-mail list server provided by the Belmont Public Schools shall adhere to the following guidelines.

• School sponsored activities, announcements, events, or news
• District level communications from the Superintendent’s Office.
• Activities of partner organizations that directly relate to student or parent education and programming.  Examples of “Partner Organizations” are PTOs, PTAs, the Foundation for Belmont Education, after school programs, the Special Education Advisory Council, Belmont Community Education, and other organizations as determined by the Superintendent of Schools.
