Beginning in 7th grade, students are placed in math classes based on teacher recommendations. These recommendations are based on many factors including course grade, teacher observation of study skills, processing speed, accuracy and other skills, as well as Math MCAS history. ALL 7th grade students take one of two courses:

The CMS Student Council in coordination with CUE and BMS staff have put together a Back-to-School Supply Starter Box for rising students in grades 5-8 (current grades 4-7). We organize up to 500 school supply boxes for students each school year.

Chenery Middle School will be holding its annual Book Fair from Monday, June 5th through Friday, June 9th.
