Important registration information for current BPS families:

  • You do not need to register a grade 1-12 existing Belmont Public Schools student again.

  • Current Wellington preschool families will be emailed registration instructions.
  • To enter Kindergarten, the child must be five years old on or before September 1st of the year they will attend school.

Please begin your kindergarten registration online as of January 29. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please contact the school you registered with.

Notes from the Nurse

Thank you for all that you continue to do to ensure the health and safety of our Burbank community. I understand that these are ongoing challenging and stressful times but it is imperative that we all continue to do our part to protect the health of everyone in our school.

Daily Symptom Checking

Please remember to review the Symptom Checker every day before school.

If your child is experiencing symptoms, has been identified as a close contact, or has traveled outside of Massachusetts, be sure to keep them home, call the absence line, and fill out this form and I will be in touch regarding a plan for your child to return to school.

Travel outside of Massachusetts

With the February Break coming up, I would like to remind you that Hawaii continues to be the only state identified as a low risk state. This means that per the travel order and BPS policy, travel outside of Massachusetts, even to neighboring states, PCR COVID testing is needed for your child to return to school.

If you travel outside of Massachusetts, please complete this form and submit PCR COVID test results to our school nurse before your child returns to school. To ensure the safety of everyone, please do not send your student to school until you receive clearance directly from the school nurse.

Please reach out to me with any questions.
