Elementary Schedule for Remote Learning - Week of November 30th

 

Dear Elementary Families,

Thank you for your understanding, support, and flexibility as we continue to strive to ensure the health and safety of all children, their families, and our staff members in these uncertain times.  We write to give you information to help you best prepare for next week.

At the elementary level, we will follow the hybrid schedule, which will be taught all remotely. This is due to the short-term nature of this decision and the impact to dozens of schedules.

Cohort A students

Monday and Tuesday:

Join virtual classroom live all morning until lunch break at 11:45

Asynchronous “specials” 12:30-1:15

Students join their virtual classroom live at 1:15

Wednesday:

Join virtual classroom for morning meeting, then sign out at 9:15 and participate in asynchronous work until 11:45 (early release day due to parent conferences)

Thursday and Friday:

Join virtual classroom for morning meeting 8:40

Sign out at 9:15 and participate in asynchronous work for the morning until lunch at 11:45. 

Asynchronous “specials” can be accessed 12:30-1:15

Students join their virtual classroom live at 1:15.

 

Cohort B students

Monday and Tuesday:

Join virtual classroom for morning meeting 8:40

Sign out at 9:15 and participate in asynchronous work for the morning until lunch at 11:45. 

Asynchronous “specials” can be accessed 12:30-1:15

Students join their virtual classroom live at 1:15.

Wednesday:

Join virtual classroom live all morning until 11:45 (early release day due to parent conferences)

Thursday and Friday:

Join virtual classroom live all morning until lunch break at 11:45

Asynchronous “specials” 12:30-1:15

Students join their virtual classroom live at 1:15

Touchpoints

Specials Teachers’ “Touchpoints” will occur as usually scheduled, as well as any other regularly scheduled services, which will all also be remote.
