PTSO Opportunities for 2023-24!

The PTSO is recruiting for a few parents to fill open volunteer opportunities for the 2023-24 school year. Please join us and help make our events and programming possible. We have several open positions on our our board for next year:

  • Co-Treasurer (accounts payable) - Pays bills and expenses; Provides budget reports at PTSO Board meetings; Keeps records of income and expenses; Files appropriate government forms; Helps develop annual budget
     
  • Co-Treasurer (accounts receivable) - Deposits checks; transfers funds from PayPal annual appeal donation site to PTSO bank account; Serves as liaison for corporate matching programs
     
  • Parent Speaker Series (2 co-chairs) - Solicit and coordinate 3-4 speakers for popular Parent Speaker Series; Manage logistics for in-person and online Speaker Series events; Create flyers for events 
     
  • Fundraising (2-3 co-chairs) - Oversee annual appeal fundraising efforts; Coordinate publicity of fundraising materials
