If you don't remember your membership password, you can have it emailed to you by clicking on the Remind button. If you just want to unsubscribe from a list, click on the Unsubscribe button of the option page and a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Remember to Unsubscribe all your forwarding and rarely used accounts.
