Getting TO and FROM School

The new BHS Campus is open, and we are excited that all of our students now have access to a state of the art learning environment. The school is open, but the building project continues. For the next two years, we will have to work around the continuing construction of the Belmont Middle-High School. Below, please find guidance about getting to and from school. We will continue to review conditions for bikers, walkers, and drivers throughout the year, in consultation with the Belmont Police, to ensure safety.

Letter from Principal, August 2022

I hope that you have had, and are still having, a wonderful summer. Given how hard everyone worked last year, I recommend that you continue to find space and time to rest and relax over the next few weeks. The 2022-2023 school year will begin for all students on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Information for Thursday and Friday

A reminder that tomorrow (Thursday Sept 9) is a half day (8:00 am-10:30 am). The schedule for Thursday and Friday looks a little different from the normal schedule. You can view the schedule here. Students will start the day tomorrow in homeroom. Your homeroom assignment is available on Plus Portals. We will also have paper copies in the cafeteria in the morning.

Although we are moving into the new building, the construction continues, with the new middle school section of the building scheduled to open for the 2023-2024 school year! BHS - 8:00 am School Start Time

Dear BHS Families,

As a point of clarification, students' first period class begins at 8:00 am, and school is dismissed at 2:25 pm.

Students arriving early may enter the building at 6:50 am and can wait in the cafeteria until their classes begin.
