With the construction at the high school, the high school administration is based at Burbank Elementary School for the summer. If you need access to the high school administration or administrative assistants, you can visit us at the Burbank Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. We are in the mods at the rear of the school.

We are now in the final days of our time in the current BHS building! Next Wednesday June 16 is the last day of school, and also the last day that students will be able to access the current facility. Please make sure that all personal items are removed before Wednesday. We will be sending information out about the new building (e.g. parking, drop-off, access) in August.

Our own Highpoint school newspaper staff profiles these students, and the interviews are published in the Belmont Citizen-Herald and posted on the bulletin board by the main office. We are excited for this opportunity to highlight a broad group of the amazing students at BHS!

To the Classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024: This update will be helpful for all students and families and especially for our remote-only students and families. As you may know, the state did not provide high schools with the option to test students remotely. If students (grades 9-11) would like to participate in the spring 2021 test sessions, they must come into the building. Luckily, there are additional opportunities for each grade to test next year.

What will meals look like for my Belmont High student?

All students will enter the serving area via the hallway which leads to the parking lot. There will be 4-5 meal options / day and most all will be pre-packaged (with the exception of the main meal of the day). Students will be monitored in numbers and not allowed to congregate within the servery. Student meals will be recorded and they will exit to the front of the building (from the cafeteria) and proceed outside to tents and green space.

Our assistant principals, Mr. O'Brien, Ms. Ruane, and Ms. Winn, will be hosting and optional office hour for any students tomorrow (Wednesday) from 12:00-12:30pm to answer any questions that you have in preparation for Thursday.
