Principal's Corner

Mr. Isaac Taylor

Mr. Taylor began his career in 2001 as an English and psychology teacher. In 2009 he became the Head of the Departments of Psychology, Citizenship, and Careers and then the Assistant Principal. Following his graduate school principal internship at Boston Latin Academy, Mr. Taylor served as the Interim Head of School at the Laurel School. For the past five years, Mr. Taylor has been principal of North Middlesex Regional High School. His tenure at North Middlesex has involved coordinating the building of and moving into a new school.

Mr. Taylor earned a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, a Master’s degree in education management from King’s College London, University of London, a teacher certification from Canterbury Christ Church University College, and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University Extension School.

ALL AP SCIENCE CLASSES FOR NEXT YEAR

Any student taking an AP Science class next year must stop by and pick up their work at the Chenery or find online @ Summer Assignments.

LOST & FOUND

All items in Lost & Found will be donated to charity on at the end of each quarter. If you think you have lost something check the Lost & Found. The next donation will be during the summer of 2019. This donation will also include items left in the lockers.

HANDBOOK RECEIPTS

This is a reminder, in your belmontschools.net account, you will receive a link to the BHS student handbook. Please acknowledge that you have read the handbook.

PARKING PASS

Applications for a parking pass may be picked up in the main office. This is a reminder that students should not be parking in the yellow teacher spots.

MBTA STUDENT CHARLIE CARDS

Any student who wishes to get a Charlie Card may pick one up in the main office.

RECYCLING

New to the school in common areas are recycling barrels for beverages. Screw all caps back on before recycling. Blue bins are for paper and Green bins are for plastic, aluminum or glass.
