State Ethics Training Module

2020-2021 School Year

  1. Returning Staff (this means everyone, including teaching, administrative, and support staff): Please open and read the State Ethics Commission’s Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law. You do NOT need to return the receipt located at the end.
  2. New Staff (hired for 2020-2021) must complete the full Online Ethics Course and submit their certificate PDF by following the instructions below:
  • At the end of the course you will generate a personalized Certificate of Completion
  • There is no way to submit the certificate automatically (regardless of what the screens say) - you must print it and email it to BPS HR as a .PDF file
  • Make sure your computer is connected to a printer or can print to a .PDF file
  • When you have completed the Assessment at the end of the course:  click on "Print Certificate" (do not choose "Course Credit"); fill out the certificate data form and click on "View Certificate"; if certificate is correct, click on "Print Certificate" to print to your printer or a .PD file
  • If you print or scan to a .PDF file: please name the file "Your Last Name, Your First Name - 2020
