Following the successful Town Meeting and ballot votes, a Project Funding Agreement (PFA) was executed by the Town of Belmont and the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA). As part of this funding agreement, the MSBA will reimburse Belmont's eligible project costs up to $80 million. The total project cost will not exceed $295 million.
