Announcing the First Annual POMS Holly Jolly Trolley Tour

POMS Event

Come join the fun!

On Saturday, December 13th, beginning at 4:30 PM, beautifully decorated trolleys will wend their way through Belmont, as small ensembles of high school singers and musicians lead passengers in holiday, musical fun. The trolleys will collect passengers from the festively adorned trolley depot (lobby) of Belmont Savings Bank in Belmont Center.   From there, the destination will be houses and streets in Belmont reflecting the spirit of the season.  Each tour will be approximately 30 minutes long, with the final trolley leaving Belmont Savings Bank at 7:00 PM.  Hot chocolate will be served at the end of your journey, in the Belmont Savings Bank depot.

Tickets purchased in advance are highly recommended.  The cost per rider is $15.  “Lap” children are free.  To make your reservation, you may buy tickets at the Belmont Center Belmont Savings Bank or through the POMS website: belmontpoms.weebly.com.  Tickets will also be sold at the town Tree-Lighting Ceremony in Belmont Center on Thursday evening, December 4.  Please look for our POMS table, near the Belmont Savings Bank.

The Belmont Holly Jolly Trolley is a fundraiser partnership between POMS (Parents of Music Students) and Belmont Savings Bank.  POMS is a parent-run organization whose purpose is to raise money for the music programs in the Belmont public school system. POMS and the Belmont community are deeply grateful for the support of Belmont Savings Bank in underwriting much of the cost of this event.
