Parent-Teacher Conference Registration begins Monday, 2/17/14

Dear Parents,

The Parent/teacher conferences Registration online is available for all elementary schools now. Conferences begin on Wednesday, March 5th.

Registration for all conferences opens on Monday, February 17th.

How do parents register for a conference?
To register for a conference, please go to: www.belmont.k12.ma.us/bps/Families/Parent-Teacher-Conferences and select your school. On the registration form, enter your name, e-mail address, password, phone number, and student name/grade level and then click on “Register”.

At the next screen, select the name of your child’s teacher. Once you have selected a teacher, you will be asked to select an available conference time. After selecting a conference time, you will then be able to confirm your selection and print or e-mail your schedule.

If I have difficulty registering, who do I call?
Please contact webmaster at webmaster@belmont.k12.ma.us or you can call Nicole Femino, Conference Coordinator, at (617) 993-5452.

What happens if I cannot make any of the listed conference times?
Conferences can always be scheduled offline as you have done in the past. Please contact your child’s teacher directly.

How do I change my conference times?
To change your conference time, go to: www.belmont.k12.ma.us/bps/Families/Parent-Teacher-Conferences and log back into the system using your e-mail address. You can then delete the old conference time and add a new one.
