Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience Film Showing Rescheduled

Due to the snow, we are rescheduling our showing of the newly released film "Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience."

New date:Tuesday, January 14, 2020

Where: Belmont High School Auditorium at 7pm – 8:30 pm.

The film examines the science behind the emotional challenges of tweens & teens, along with the interplay of social media, sleep, and external pressures.  Most importantly, it highlights what can be done in our schools and homes to help youth build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our current age.  This film is not available online or via Netflix.

Parents are encouraged to bring their children, ages 11 and up and older youth are welcome to attend on their own.  After the film, we will offer a Q&A session with Belmont School Staff serving on the panel.

This event is free and open to the public!

Thank you to our generous sponsors: the Belmont High School PTSO, the Chenery PTO, the Foundation for Belmont Education, and the Belmont Wellness Coalition.
