2. OPENING BUSINESS

2.1 Call to Order

At 8:40 a.m., Mr. Bowe called the meeting to order in the Conference Room of the Administration Building.

1. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1.1 Collective Bargaining

On a motion offered by Dr. Stafford and seconded by Ms. Rittenburg, it was

VOTED: at 8:41 a.m., to enter Executive Session for the purposes of
discussing the Superintendent’s contract.

On a motion offered by Ms. Walker and seconded by Dr. Stafford, it was

VOTED: at 9:35 a.m., to return to Open Session and adjourn the meeting.
