The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to the recruitment and general professional welfare of Belmont Public Schools’ staff. At all levels, It seeks to foster the overall goals of the district by recruiting and hiring the most qualified  individuals for every position  The district is committed to the use of technology and to a rigorous interviewing and selection process. 

Once hired, Belmont’s staff  continues to receive ongoing support regarding their licensure, highly qualified status, evaluation process and general working conditions   We value a positive working relationship with the system’s unions and encourage collaboration in the problem solving we do within the system. We encourage Belmont’s staff to consider the Human Resources office as a support in  all aspects of its work life.
