Parent-Teacher Conferences Online Registration

Beginning Monday, October 9th, you will have the opportunity to schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences online. Each conference is 20 minutes long. During the scheduled conference, you will meet with your child’s Math/Science teacher(s) for 10 minutes and then for 10 minutes with your child’s ELL/Social Studies teacher(s).

Teachers will guide you within your conference time frame.

If you would like to meet with your child’s Foreign Language teacher (Ms. Anderson, Ms. Manca, Ms. Zhang, Mr. Ahern, Ms. Sanchez, Ms. Tanner, or Ms. Pruitt) please note that they will NOT be present during the team conference with ELA, SS, Science, and Math teachers since they teach students on all teams, not one single team.  

Conferences with Foreign Language teachers can be arranged by signing up using the same system as with team conferences. If you choose to sign up for a separate conference with your child’s Foreign Language Teacher, please make sure you reserve enough time in between to travel from one room to another. It should be no less than 30 minutes between the start of each conferences.

This is an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teachers regarding your child’s progress in the class and/or concerns you may have about your child’s progress in the class.

How do parents register for a conference?

Starting on Monday, October 9th please go to: https://www.belmont.k12.ma.us/conferences/cms/registration/. On the registration form, enter your name, e-mail address, password, phone number, and student name and then click on “Register”.

At the next screen, select your child’s team. Once you have selected a team, you will be asked to select an available conference time. After selecting a conference time, you will then be able to confirm your selection and then print or e-mail your schedule.

If I have difficulty registering, who do I call?

Please send an email to nfemino@belmont.k12.ma.us or call (617) 993-5452. Do not contact your child’s teacher. Please include your name, your child’s full name, school they attend, and teacher/team.

How do I change my conference times?

To change your conference time, go to: https://www.belmont.k12.ma.us/conferences/cms/registration/ and log back into the system using your e-mail address. You can then delete the old conference time and add a new one. Please do not contact your teacher unless no times are available.

You can also make changes by calling Nicole Femino, Conference Coordinator, at (617) 993-5452.   Please include your name, your child’s full name, school they attend, and teacher/team.

What happens if I cannot make any of the listed conference times?

Conferences can always be scheduled offline as you may have done in the past. Please contact your child’s team directly.

Please take into consideration:

  • You can find your child’s team name on your ParentPlus portal account.
  • If you are scheduling conferences for children on different teams, please make sure you have enough time to move from one location to another.
  • If you scheduling conferences for twins on the same team, please register twice using a different email account for each.

If you do not have internet access to schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences, please call (617) 993-5452 to schedule your conference.  Please include your name, your child’s full name, school they attend, and teacher/team.
