To join the Butler PTA we offer two options:
Print and fill out the 2012-13 PTA Membership Form form, then submit the form and your check to your classroom teacher or the PTA basket in the school office. OR Register and pay using our online form and Paypal.

FORMS FOR PTA COORDINATORS
Use the Receipts Form to record checks and cash at the end of fundraisers.
Use the Expense Reimbursement Form to request checks or reimbursement for PTA expenses.
