We are pleased to present the 2011-2012 School Calendar. Please note the following changes:
All Wednesdays are either a 1-hour early dismissal or a 3-hour early release.
Dismissal is 10 minutes later for the elementary and middle schools on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
At the high school the only change to dismissal times is on Wednesdays; instructional time is increased with changes to the “mod” schedule.
There are fewer 3-hour early release days for all levels (elementary, middle, high).
This calendar results in an increase in instructional time for all students, at all levels, and an increased focus on the work of all professionals to improve learning outcomes for all students in the Belmont Public Schools.
