Marauder Football 2017

Strength and Conditioning

Marauder Strength & Conditioning is unique. It is rooted in principles of functional movement and explosive strength creation that I was lucky enough to learn while working with the Boston Sports Institutes as the President of Operations. Not only does our program create strong, agile, and explosive athletes, but, more importantly, it improves overall physical health and the body’s stability. I strongly encourage all of our incoming freshmen to take advantage of our program. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions about the S&C program or to arrange to shadow one of our workouts along with your son and get a better idea of what it is we do..

Currently, the Marauder Strength & Conditioning program is running on

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 3:00 p.m – 4:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. until the end of the BHS school year (June 21).

Incoming freshmen are welcome to begin attending either the afternoon or evening session. During the summer, three sessions will be run, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, for our Varsity/JV student-athletes, and one session dedicated specifically to our incoming freshmen. Official times for these sessions will be announced in the near future. The program will not run on June 29th and 30th (due to NE Elite Camp) and will end on August 11th.
