This will be the only open enrollment period that allows you to join or make changes to insurance plans without a qualifying event until next May.  Benefits Fair  We have scheduled the representatives from the Town's benefits plans to attend a Benefits Fair that will be held at the Town Hall's Homer Building in the Art Gallery (3rd Floor) on Tuesday, May 6th from 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. This session will provide you with the opportunity to obtain information regarding the Town's health, life, and dental plans. We invite you to stop by and speak with these benefits representatives regarding any insurance questions you may have. As you may know life insurance open enrollment is offered periodically and it is not being offered at this time. The rates will remain the same.  For more information about the insurance rates visit Benefit Packages page Deadline This year's open enrollment for the health insurance and the dental plans will be conducted from Monday, May5th through Friday, May 16th, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 in the Human Resources Department, located in Town Hall, top floor (2F off the elevator), at 455 Concord Avenue. During this period, you will have the opportunity to join these plans if you are an eligible employee, or make changes to your existing health and dental plan elections. The attached sheets provide you with the cost for the various health plan options and the dental plan premium as of July 1, 2014. Payroll deductions taken in June cover the month of July and therefore, the new rates for these plans will be deducted in June.
