Jon will discuss the helpful ways in which you can support your child in managing and mitigating stress and anxiety. In the weeks following the main talk, two smaller breakout sessions will be held for parents of elementary, middle, and high school students to discuss more personal questions/concerns. Please register in advance with the Youth & Family Services Coordinator or sign up at the presentation on November 1st. With over 35 years of experience as a therapist and presenter, Jon has been described as an engaging, fun, accessible, humorous, warm, and informative speaker. His workshops and presentations are geared to give participants tools they can implement immediately. Jon has worked with professionals in schools, with state organizations, and with hundreds of parents.
